The fully automatic FIBC filling machine from EMDE Automation protects operators from the harsh working environment of filling powder and granular materials into FIBC bags. It automatically grabs the lifting belt of the FIBC through optical sensor recognition, sets it up automatically to the filling device, and automates all processes from the automatic filling of powders and granules to the automatic tying of the inlet, all customized to order. The operator's tasks are limited to loading pallets and FIBCs into the magazine and removing filled FIBCs. It is capable of filling up to 40 bags per hour.
